Annex Teen Clinic
Provides sexual health help, information, and services for young people, along with offering youth groups that are all inclusive
The Bridge for Runaway Youth
Provide all youth with safe shelter, assist with the resolution of family conflict, and aid in reuniting families whenever possible. They offer shelter, family and individual counseling, and transitional living resources.
Face to Face
Empowers youth to overcome barriers and strive toward healthy and self-sufficient lives by offering health care, counseling for youth ages 11-23, and programs for homeless youth.
The Family Partnership
Builds strong families, vital communities and better futures for children regardless of income and origins through counseling, education, and advocacy so that these individuals can realize their potential. Provides affirming GLBT programs and services for individuals, couples, and families.
GLBT Host Home Program
Housed by Avenues For Homeless Youth, the GLBT Host Home Program is a volunteer and community based program which recruits, screens, trains, and supports adults who open their homes to gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender youth who are homeless. While in host homes, youth have an opportunity to work towards self-reliance and to build long-lasting relationships with caring adults.
Minnesota Transgender Health Coalition
Committed to improving health care access and the quality of health care received by trans and gender non-conforming people through education, resources, and advocacy. Additionally, this organization provides a variety of free services.
PRIDE Institute
Committed to providing lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people a road to recovery through evidence-based treatement for substance abuse, sexual health, and mental health conditions through a holistic approach.
Shades of Yellow
Hmong LGBTQ nonprofit organization providing support, education, advocacy, and leadership development to Hmong/Asian Pacific Islander LGBTQ and allies.
Teens Alone
Providing support services to youth and families including youth and family counseling, homeless youth programs, and offers a drop-in center, transitional living and suburban host home programs.
The Trevor Project
The Trevor Project offers accredited life-saving, life-affirming programs and services to LGBTQ youth that create safe, accepting and inclusive environments over the phone, online and through text.
U of M- Youth and Aids Project
The University of Minnesota Youth and AIDS Projects (YAP) helps high-risk youth prevent HIV and cares for young people and families living with HIV infection.
Youthlink
Provides services to homeless and at-risk youth through Project Offstreets, alternative school programs, health and wellness care, and housing support.
